Congratulations on booking your session and welcome to the Big Three family! It's so great to see you here and get started on our journey together!
First, let me thank you from the bottom of my heart for choosing me to capture your beautiful moments. It is truly an honor and one that I do not take lightly! I hope you are as excited as I am to get started!
My #1 priority is making you comfortable!
We aren't all naturals in front of the camera, and thats ok! I want you to LOVE every photo in your gallery. Together we will establish the overall vibe you are looking to achieve and will work together to make that happen! I like to keep our sessions laid back with little pressure, so don't put any on yourself! We are going to have fun and capture those moments of connection that you will cherish for years to come!

Receive Welcome Packet
Oh look, here we are! See! We're killing it already!

Pay deposit
If you haven't already done so, this is a very important step! Once I receive your deposit, your session is locked in stone! Unfortunately, if a deposit is not received within 24 hours of booking your session will be released . Having an issue? Just reach out!
03.
Paperwork
Once the deposit is received, I will send you 2 forms to fill one. One will be a contract detailing our session and work together. The second will be a customer questionnaire. PLEASE DON'T SKIP THIS!
These questionnaires help me to get to know you and your family and help me prepare for our session.
04.
Set up a call
This step is totally optional, but it's important for you to know it's there! We can set up a call before your session to discuss any details big or small. I am always happy to answer any questions you may have, don't be shy!
05.
Say cheese!
Here comes the fun part! I suggest arriving a few minutes early to our selected location. It can sometimes help littles get comfortable and ready to rumble!
06.
You've got mail
2-3 weeks after our session you will receive an email with a link, gallery password and download PIN to your gallery. From here you can save, share and print your images!

What do I wear?
Worry not! I have plenty of resources at the ready to help you pick the perfect outfit. Most important however is to be comfortable! This may not be the right time to test a new look.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
Normal turn around time is 2-3 weeks. In the event of an emergency I will reach out to you.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
A travel fee, permit fee or studio fee may be applicable to your session. HOWEVER, you will know this before booking. There will be NO hidden costs or fees once you are booked with me.
Can I order prints or albums through you?
Yes! I have selected amazing vendors to partner with. It is super easy to order beautiful prints right from your gallery!
What happens if it rains?
If you have a session scheduled at an outdoor location we have two options!
- We reschedule and hope for sun!
- We have fun and get wet!
